1. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use Mission Grey's application and tools strictly in accordance with these Terms. This permission allows for commercial use, acknowledging that the Service is designed for businesses and investors. However, under this license, users are expressly prohibited from:

• probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of Mission Grey's Services;
• attempting to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the application or tools;
• using any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods;
• using the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service;
• removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials within the Service;
• transferring the Service to another person or "mirroring" the Service on any other server;
• using Mission Grey's Services in ways that violate intellectual property rights, business secrets or privacy of third parties;
• using Mission Grey's Services in violation of applicable law.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Mission Grey at any time. Upon the termination of your use of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any copies of materials provided to you or made in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

Some features of Mission Grey Services are only available to registered users. When registering to Mission Grey Services by creating a user account, you must submit accurate and current registration details, as requested on the registration page. Please remember to update your details in case of any changes. Your account and password are personal. Do not disclose your password to third parties and do not let third parties use your Mission Grey account. Please note that you are responsible for all purchases and use of Mission Grey Services under your account. When creating a Mission Grey account for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authorization to make such registration on behalf of such organization. We have the right to terminate your Mission Grey account at any time, for example in case we deem that you have breached these terms or caused harm to us or the other users of Mission Grey Services.

3. Purchases and Payment

By making purchases of content in Mission Grey Services, you agree to the immediate digital delivery of your purchased content to you by Mission Grey. You acknowledge that upon being granted access to such content, you lose your right as a consumer to withdraw from the purchase and therefore your purchase cannot be withdrawn by you. The user shall pay for any purchases by using the payment functionalities and options offered on Mission Grey Services. Additional fees collected by the credit card provider, such as credit card fees, may be added to the payable amount. In case of a credit card payment failure, we will send the user an invoice to the email address provided by the user to us.

4. Disclaimer

The materials within Mission Grey's application and tools are provided "as is". Mission Grey makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Mission Grey or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Mission Grey's Service, even if Mission Grey or a Mission Grey authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Mission Grey's Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Mission Grey does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. Mission Grey may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

11. Terms and Termination

This Agreement is in force and binding as long as the user is using Mission Grey Services. You can discontinue the use of Mission Grey Services at any time.
