We respect your privacy. We believe you, as a user of the Mission Grey website (the "Mission Grey Site"), should always know what data we collect from you and how we use it. You should also know that you have meaningful control over both. 1. General Data Collection Principles
Mission Grey Privacy Policy is based on the principles enshrined in California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Mission Grey collects and uses only contact details (names, surnames, and email addresses) of Mission Grey Site visitors only for the purposes of sending Mission Grey's newsletters and other information related to Mission Grey's activities. 4. Request to Access and Delete Your Personally Identifiable Information
You have the right to request Mission Grey disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information Mission Grey has collected about you and the right to request that Mission Grey deletes any Personally Identifiable Information that Mission Grey has collected about you. Mission Grey will use reasonable efforts to remove your Personally Identifiable Information from our then current Mission Grey Site as soon as reasonably practicable. 5. New Uses of Personal Information
Before Mission Grey uses Personally Identifiable Information for any new purpose not originally authorized by you, Mission Grey will notify you about the new purpose and allow you to opt out.
